Terms of Service — Forsnaps

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By signing up for a Forsnaps free trial, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. The Trial Service

Forsnaps offers a 15-day free trial that gives access to all the features of the platform. The trial is provided “as is” and is intended for evaluation purposes only.

The trial lasts 15 days from the date of registration
No credit card is required to start a trial
One trial per person/company
Trial accounts may not be used for commercial use in production

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate registration information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Use the service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
Not use the service to store illegal, harmful or offensive content

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software and technology provided through Forsnaps remain the property of Forsnaps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service during the trial.

5. Data and Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You own the data you enter on the platform.

6. Trial Expiry and Data Deletion

At the end of the 15-day trial, your account will be suspended. You will have 30 days to export your data or upgrade to a paid plan. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

The trial service is provided free of charge and without warranty of any kind. Forsnaps shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the trial service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any trial account that breaches these terms, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
